So it happens, you finally started to notice, that your hair becomes thin and you are starting to lose it. For most guys, hair loss is a stressful experience. But it isn’t the end of the world. From keeping hair short or shaved to dressing differently, balding men do have options. Thank God there are some essential tips and tricks for bald or balding men. 🙂
If you are losing your hair not so fast, then you can style it, so that no one sees the problem.
It’s a big decision, but being bald needn’t hold a man back, nor affect his attractiveness – the inclusion of guys like Billy Zane, Jason Statham and Vin Diesel in numerous ‘sexiest men’ round-ups proves that. What’s more, a baby-soft bonce is incredibly low-maintenance, saving you a small fortune in styling products.
That doesn’t, however, mean no-maintenance. To keep your dome looking decent, you’ll want to ensure it’s smooth, shine-free and well-protected from sun damage.
I can understand the tragedy in this issue, as I find it hard to accept when a wrinkle shows up or cellulite is giving me a hard time. 🙂
If the loss is limited to your front hairline, and you have thick hair, you might be able to get away with just keeping it short for a while.
If you have a large bald spot on the crown of your head, the best solution is to shave your head.
Shaving your head isn’t that much different from shaving your face, chest or any other unmentionable parts you might want to keep smooth: you just need some good equipment, the right technique, and a little bit of patience.
The good news is that bald men are really sexy and cool, in my book at least. 🙂
If it happens, that you are starting to lose your hair faster than you were expected, then the first thing you have to do is to accept it and look at things differently.
If you don’t want to shave your head, then always pay attention to your side hair, do not make it long.
Once you have decided to go fully bald, then style your head with care. It’s better to look a bit bronzed and always take care of your hair length, as soon as it starts to grow make sure you are shaving it by time.
Firstly, if it’s your first time and you still have some hair left, then use clippers to cut it to the shortest length possible before shaving – trimming before deploying your razor will save you unwittingly starring in your very own horror film later on. If you have any remaining hair, it’s important to keep it short and tidy, and to clipper away any rogue hairs which are growing at the top of your scalp, too.
It is imperative to care for your scalp on a permanent basis, even after hair loss, because it can become imbalanced just like the skin on our face.
Some guys and men start to grow a beard, as it looks masculine and keeps eyes away from bald look.
The style of dressing can be different, but most of time, when men become bald they try to look more elegant and masculine. Some try to look a bit militaristic, wearing khaki style outfits.
All that time you’ve spent in front of your bathroom mirror, trying to make the best of what you have left. Forget about it. Shaving your head eliminates one time-sucking part of your morning routine.
A lot of men, especially older men, suddenly look younger once they’ve shaved their head. A head of hair that’s hanging on for dear life, on the other hand, can definitely make you look your age, and beyond.
Shampooing, combing, brushing, and styling your hair has been a part of your daily existence since, well, forever. Washing and drying a shaved scalp, on the other hand, is exponentially easier.
Since nicks and cuts are highly visible on bald heads, it’s also worth having a styptic pencil to hand to instantly stop the bleeding and help seal any wounds.
Considering the essential grooming tips, for many men the bald look is really the only way to go. It’s a look that may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it can make you look sexier, manlier, and even more powerful.
Just consider the style tips for bald or balding men and always have the attitude with you!
